The Application is a hostel management platform that helps hostel administrators manage tenants, rent payments, and hostel operations.

Actual payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
Hostel Management Data

When you use the Application, we may automatically collect:

- Allow hostel administrators to manage tenants and rooms
- Track rent payments and payment history
- Enable rent payment through integrated payment providers

3. Payment Processing
Payments made through the Application are processed by third-party payment providers including Razorpay.
When making a payment, certain payment information may be shared with Razorpay in order to process the transaction securely. We do not store full card details or sensitive financial authentication data.

4. Data Storage and Infrastructure
Application data is securely stored and managed using Supabase, a backend infrastructure provider.
Supabase provides secure cloud database, authentication, and storage services. Data may be stored on secure cloud servers operated by Supabase.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share information only in the following circumstances:
Hostel Administrators
Tenant data may be accessible to hostel administrators who manage the hostel you are associated with.
Service Providers
We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Application, including:
- payment processors
- infrastructure providers
- analytics services
These providers are obligated to handle data securely.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
If you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
