Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Yado Tenant App and Yado Admin App provided by Yado Urban Network LLP.

By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Application provides a digital platform for hostel administrators and tenants to manage hostel operations including:

  • tenant management
  • rent tracking
  • payment processing
  • hostel management tools
2. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information
  • keep your login credentials secure
  • notify us of unauthorized account use
3. Payments

Rent payments made through the Application may be processed using third-party payment providers including Razorpay.

We are not responsible for payment failures, delays, or errors caused by payment providers or banking systems.

4. Responsibilities of Hostel Administrators

Hostel administrators using the Admin Application are responsible for:

  • ensuring tenant information is collected lawfully
  • maintaining accurate tenant records
  • complying with applicable laws and regulations

Yado Urban Network LLP is not responsible for disputes between hostel administrators and tenants.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Application
  • attempt to reverse engineer the software
  • interfere with system security
  • use the Application for unlawful purposes
6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and intellectual property related to the Application are owned by Yado Urban Network LLP.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify the Application without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yado Urban Network LLP shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of data
  • financial losses resulting from use of the Application
8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if users violate these Terms.

Upon termination, users must stop using the Application.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
